Décembre 2025 — Capsol a été acquise par Angus Capital dans le cadre de sa stratégie visant à bâtir un groupe de services de construction de premier plan aux côtés d’autres sociétés en portefeuille. Ce partenariat marque une nouvelle phase de croissance pour Capsol, lui offrant la plateforme, les ressources et l’appui stratégique nécessaires pour accélérer son développement et renforcer sa présence sur le marché.
