Anthony is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, where he co-heads the technology team. He has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate finance within the technology and telecoms sector, covering private equity buy-outs, sell-side M&A, growth capital fundraisings, bolt-on M&A, restructuring assignments and complex carveout transactions. Anthony has led deals in health technology, cyber security, SaaS software, on-premise software, vertical applications, IoT and AI, telecoms infrastructure, data centers, ICT services and hosting transactions. Recent M&A deals he has led include the sales of ShareDo to Clio, OLM Systems to Civica Group and OSL to Terma.

Anthony trained in corporate finance at Ernst & Young before moving to Grant Thornton to build their technology team in the UK. He has a BA honors degree in Business Studies and the ICAEW Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance.
