Eric Félix-Faure

Éric is a managing partner and founder of Oaklins France. With over 20 years of senior M&A experience, he has closed more than 60 deals. Éric has particular expertise in TMT, business support services and private equity. Notable transactions he has recently advised on include the minority LBO alongside BNP Développement, Banque des Territoires and Raise Impact completed by Oui Care; the acquisition of Abelium Collectivités by Groupe JVS; idiCo’s minority investment into Kaviari; and the acquisition of Ensec AG by Orange Cyberdefense.

Prior to founding Oaklins France in 2004, Éric had advised innovative SMEs in their equity financing via Chausson Finance and Félix Faure Finance. Before this, he held various operational functions (media, internet and financial) within the Vivendi Group. Éric began his career as an auditor at Mazars. He is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and École Centrale Paris.
