KPT, one of the top ten leading healthcare insurance companies in Switzerland, has acquired CENT Systems AG from the Siegenthaler family. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
CENT Systems AG specializes in scanning solutions and document processing. The company mainly targets the Swiss healthcare insurance and financial services markets.
