July 2014 — US-based Endurance Business Media, Inc. has announced the sale of Homes & Land to NewPoint Media Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Lion Equity. Financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.

The company’s high-quality, photo-rich magazines, coupled with a range of highly effective online services, provide critical information to consumers seeking to buy or rent.
