Express Vending Group Limited has been acquired by Selecta Group B.V.

The shareholders of Express Vending Group Limited have sold the business to Selecta Group B.V., a KKR portfolio company. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Express Vending is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of vending machines, with a fully managed vending service offering. The company’s product base comprises vending machines, coffee machines, water dispensers and table top machines, among others, and its service provision includes stocking, cleaning and maintenance.

Selecta Group is the leading independent operator of vending machines in Europe. The company offers a range of products, including hot and cold beverages, and various snacks and confectionery items. Selecta Group is headquartered in Switzerland and has more than 8,500 employees in 16 countries.

Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised the shareholders of Express Vending on the sale of the business to Selecta Group.
