Griesser Holding AG, based in Switzerland, has acquired A.S.T. Alu-System-Technik GmbH (A.S.T.) and its French subsidiary, Grosheitsch SAS, for an undisclosed consideration.

Griesser is one of the leading European solar shading manufacturers and the market leader in Switzerland. Grosheitsch SAS, headquartered in the Alsace region, specializes in aluminum roller shutters.

A.S.T. is an Austrian manufacturer and marketer of aluminum shutters. Grosheitsch, headquartered in the Alsace region, specializes in aluminum roller shutters.
