Dino Theodorou

Director

Dino is a director at Grindrod Bank, Oaklins’ member firm in South Africa. He has advised on listings, private and public company capital raisings, merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, due diligence investigations, fairness opinions as well as advising clients on public market regulatory requirements and compliance. Dino has broad industry experience, but has particular expertise in the healthcare sector (acute private hospitals) and has also completed a number of transactions in the financial services, distribution and industrial sectors. Recent transactions include advising hospital management company Lenmed on various transactions and capital raisings, a private investment company on its strategy to dispose of a number of its underlying investments and the disposal of a property portfolio.

Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Dino spent five years with PSG Capital, where he was a director. Prior to that, he was an associate director with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Dino is a JSE approved executive and a member of the JSE’s AltX Advisory Committee, which advises the exchange on, and approves, the admission and listing of companies to AltX, the JSE’s market for junior/growth companies.
