ZONE Global Limited has been acquired by Distacom International Limited

Cyberman Limited, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of e-Kong Group Limited, based in China, has sold ZONE Global Limited to Distacom International Limited (Distacom) for US$16.7 million.

ZONE Global Limited is an investment holding company, incorporated in the BVI with limited liability. It is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of e-Kong Group Limited.

Distacom is a company incorporated in the BVI with limited liability and wholly-owned by Mr Rick Siemens. Distacom is a private holding company with a track record spanning nearly half a century of investing, building, rolling-out and operating multiple wireless businesses.

Cyberman Limited is a company incorporated in the BVI with limited liability and it is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of e-Kong Group Limited, an investment holding company, engaged in the provision of telecommunication services and insurance-related product distribution services.
