The private shareholders of Cutter Associates, LLC have sold the company to Nomura Research Institute (NRI) for an undisclosed consideration.

NRI is a leading provider of consulting service and system solutions, founded in 1965. Leveraging its global consulting business, NRI is able to provide innovative, cross-asset and financial IT solutions for investment banks, asset managers, banks and insurance providers.
