Alco Holdings Limited has completed a rights issue on the basis of one right whare for every four shares held on the record date on a non-underwritten basis.
Alco Holdings is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of electronic products. Its main products include CD and DVD appliances, home theaters and players, corded phones and Internet appliances, such as website browsers.
Oaklins’ team in Hong Kong acted as financial advisor to the company in this transaction.
