Lidwina joined Oaklins Germany in 2020. She has a (dual) BSc in Business Administration, with a focus on human resources. After graduating, she first worked as a junior consultant in strategy, organization and human resources, then as a product manager. She has also worked in the USA, Canada and Italy.
