Lukas is an associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the TMT and food & beverage teams. In the TMT market, he is predominantly active in the access control, machine vision, industrial automation and cybersecurity segments. In the food & beverage sector, he focuses on the supplements, pet food/care and FMCG segments. His most recent transactions include the sale of a provider of cybersecurity awareness trainings via a patented spear phishing engine to Hornersecurity, one of the world’s leading providers of email cloud security, and the sale of OPTANO, a top European provider of AI-powered optimization solutions, to A.T. Kearney.

Prior to joining the firm, Lukas worked at a British venture capital fund, an M&A boutique with a focus on the German mid-market and a private equity firm. He has a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s in corporate finance from Maastricht University.
