He specializes in the manufacturing sector, having worked in and completed over 25 assignments across a diversified set of industries, such as food processing, aerospace, oil & gas, pulp & paper, corrugated board, furniture manufacturing, armored truck manufacturing, plastics transformation, metals transformation, transportation & logistics and electric heating.

Prior to joining Oaklins and following a few years in consulting, Bastien worked at CAD Railway Industries, where he was in charge of operations and supporting the M&A strategy. Bastien has an MSc in Strategy and a bachelor’s degree in finance, both from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal.
