George has advised on transactions such as InternMatch’s US$7.2 million (AUS$10 million) capital raise via private placement as well as OneStep Group’s merger with ES2.

Prior to Henslow, George worked at Aon Risk Services where he managed a portfolio of private clients specializing in personal lines. George has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, majoring in finance and management.
