Marcus is a director of corporate finance at PrimePartners Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Singapore. He has more than 15 years of investment banking, corporate finance and advisory experience, covering initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, corporate restructurings, fundraising exercises and fairness opinions. Marcus has completed transactions in various industries, in particular in minerals, mining and commodities, healthcare and medical services, food & beverage and consumer services, hospitality, and construction and engineering, spanning a number of jurisdictions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, America, PRC, Russia and Myanmar. Marcus currently focuses on fundraisings and M&A transactions in the Asia Pacific region, particularly Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Marcus worked at Southern Investment Bank Berhad, where he was involved in deal origination and the execution of corporate finance transactions involving both equity and debt instruments. Marcus graduated from the University of London (in association with the London School of Economics) with a Bachelor of Science (honors) in Accounting and Finance.
