Jorge Pedraza

Analyst

Jorge is an analyst at Axia, Oaklins’ member firm in Colombia. He is part of the origination and execution team for M&A and capital raising transactions across multiple industries. His responsibilities include creating pitch materials, performing market research for various industries, preparing transaction documents and producing financial models for company valuations. Transactions he has participated in include the sales of two leading software companies in Colombia and a financial services company.

Prior to joining Axia, Jorge worked at BTG Pactual Colombia for two years in the asset management and investment banking divisions. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogota, Colombia.
