Xu Xian is an associate director at Oaklins PrimePartners in Singapore. He has more than 12 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry, where he has advised and managed various transactions, including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, financial advisory, independent financial advisory and fundraising exercises. Xu Xian has completed various transactions in the mineral, oil and gas, agriculture, tourism, gaming, healthcare, construction and property sectors across multiple jurisdictions. He is also familiar with ongoing listing compliance as he had previously overseen a diverse portfolio of publicly listed companies with Oaklins PrimePartners’ continuing sponsorship team.
 
Xu Xian graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University and is a chartered valuer and appraiser.
