Anders Metallbau GmbH has been acquired by Hilzinger Group

Hilzinger Group, active in the construction and mounting of windows, doors and related objects, has acquired the assets of Anders Metallbau GmbH. Financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.

Anders Metallbau GmbH filed for insolvency on 20 October 2014. The company was founded in 1933. It is one of the biggest metal construction companies in Germany and has about 140 employees.

Dr. Hans-Jörg Laudenbach was the insolvency administrator of the assets of Anders Metallbau GmbH.

Oaklins' team in Germany acted as the exclusive advisor of the insolvency administrator. Roughly 100 strategic market players participated in the process.
