Die STRABAG AG erwirbt 100% der Anteile der BOCKHOLDT GmbH & Co. KG aus Lübeck
Februar 2023 — Das Lübecker Familienunternehmen Bockholdt GmbH & Co. KG wurde 1959 gegründet und ist spezialisiert auf die Reinigung von Gebäuden, Industrieanlagen und Kliniken. Mit rund 3.600 Mitarbeiter:innen, einer unternehmenseigenen Schulungsakademie und 13 Standorten ist Bockholdt einer der größten und attraktivsten Arbeitgeber Norddeutschlands.
Käuferin ist die zum STRABAG Konzern gehörende STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH. STRABAG PFS ist eine integrierte Immobilien- und Industriedienstleisterin für alle Arten von Immobilien, führend in digitaler und technischer Kompetenz. Das Leistungsportfolio erstreckt sich über nachhaltige Lösungen in jeder Lebenszyklusphase der Immobilie – vom Büro über Industrie- und Produktionsstandorte, Logistikzentren bis hin zu Technikgebäuden und Rechenzentren.
Mit der Akquisition stärkt STRABAG PFS deutlich ihr Eigenleistungsvolumen und ihre Präsenz im Norden Deutschlands. Damit setzt sie ihr strategisches Ziel um, integrierte und qualitativ hochwertige Immobilien- und Industrieservices in jeder Branche flächendeckend und mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenleistung zu erbringen. Alle Arbeitsplätze und Standorte bleiben erhalten. Ein entsprechender Kaufvertrag wurde am 22.12.2022 unterzeichnet.
