Sturm Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG has acquired JAKO AG

The investment company Sturm Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG has acquired a 30% stake in JAKO AG, a producer of sports clothes such as soccer and tennis outfits. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.

The goal of this investment was to diversify the private asset structure of the Sturm family.

JAKO is a supplier of many soccer teams in the Deutsche Bundesliga.

Oaklins' team in Germany advised the buyer in this transaction.
