MK Holding SA has sold Bieri Hydraulik AG to HYDAC International GmbH
MK Holding SA, a privately owned holding company, has sold Bieri Hydraulik AG, a long-standing manufacturer of high pressure hydraulic components, to HYDAC International GmbH for an undisclosed consideration.
Bieri Hydraulik AG provides a complete range of high pressure hydraulic components including seated valves, pressure valves, flow control valves, non-return valves, manual gate valves, pressure switches and oil level switches.
The HYDAC group operates worldwide, offering an extensive product range to cover all areas of fluid technology. The products range from components and sub-systems, to complex controlled and regulated drive units for mobile and industrial machines and systems.
Oaklins' team in Switzerland acted on behalf of the owner of Bieri Hydraulik AG to support him in the arrangement of his succession, running a structured sales process with a limited number of potential buyers selected for their high strategic fit.
