Westside Portfolio, Berlin has been acquired by EB Real Estate Group

ANTAN Group has sold Westside Portfolio, an office building and mixed-use building ensemble in Berlin City-West to EB Real Estate Group. Financial details will remain confidential.

Westside Portfolio consists of an office building and a mixed-use building ensemble in Berlin City-West with a usable area of about 13,000 m². The properties are located at Kurfürstendamm 125a, Berlin-Charlottenburg and Alt-Moabit 89-93, Berlin-Moabit.

EB Group is a real estate, asset and property management group and a competent partner for international real estate investors.
