Analyst

Ivan is an M&A analyst in Oaklins Italy’s M&A team, with a focus on financial sponsors and the healthcare sector. He supports clients throughout the M&A process by contributing to the preparation of pitch materials, financial models, valuations and industry analysis, as well as supporting transaction execution activities alongside senior team members.

Prior to joining Oaklins Italy in 2025, Ivan worked as an M&A analyst at Lyra Partners. He has a degree from LIUC – Università Carlo Cattaneo, where he completed his academic training in economics and finance.
