Frederik van der Schoot

Executive Board Member

Frederik is the managing partner of Oaklins Netherlands. He also leads the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) team. Frederik has broad experience in sell-side, buy-side, merger, capital raising and advisory assignments, with a specific focus on large corporate and TMT situations. Transactions he has advised on include the sale of Vabi by Vitec Software Group, the investment of Capital A Investment Partners in QS Solutions, the sale of GAC Business Solutions to Broad Horizon, the investment of The Carlyle Group in HSO and the sale of RVC Medical IT to Nexus.

Frederik has a master’s in business economics, with a specialization in corporate finance & investments, from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Furthermore, he participated in the Building on Talent Program at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
