Unitary Healthcare on yritysoston myötä siirtynyt Axel Healthin omistukseen.
Heinäkuuta 2024 — Suomalainen Axel Health Oy on hankkinut omistukseensa kotimaisen ohjelmistoyrityksen Unitary Healthcare Oy:n.
Unitary Healthcare tarjoaa julkiselle terveydenhuollolle potilaslogistiikkaratkaisun, joka hallinnoi kiireettömiä potilassiirtoja alueellisella tasolla. Ratkaisu kattaa sairaaloiden sisäiset siirrot, terveyskeskusten väliset siirrot sekä kuntien yhteiskäyttämien tilojen hallinnan. Lisäksi se mahdollistaa muun muassa potilastietojen ja muiden keskeisten tietojen sujuvan siirron.
Axel Health, vuonna 2008 perustettu yritys, on Pohjoismaiden johtava potilasvirtojen hallintaratkaisujen tarjoaja. Sen asiakaskuntaan kuuluu niin suurimpia yliopistosairaaloita kuin pienempiä terveydenhuollon toimijoita. Yrityksen ohjelmistoratkaisu mahdollistaa potilaiden itseilmoittautumisen ja opastuksen sairaalakäynnin aikana, mikä vähentää jonotusaikoja, vapauttaa sairaaloiden resursseja ja tehostaa toiminnan suunnittelua. Ohjelmisto on saatavilla tilauspohjaisesti. Axel Health kuuluu Standout Capitalin salkkuyhtiöihin.
Suomessa Axel Health on alansa markkinajohtaja ja jatkaa voimakasta kasvuaan. Yrityksen tavoitteena on nousta Pohjoismaiden johtavaksi terveydenhuollon hallintaohjelmistojen tarjoajaksi, kehittäen kattavia ratkaisuja, jotka auttavat terveydenhuollon organisaatioita optimoimaan palvelunsa niin fyysisessä kuin digitaalisessa ympäristössä.
