Dylan Polley

Associate Director

Dylan is an associate director at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. With M&A experience across several sectors, Dylan’s role includes supporting shareholders throughout the transaction process. He is well connected within both the private equity and debt community, and has established strong relationships in the UK’s lower- to mid-market. Dylan focuses on a variety of markets which include travel, security, leisure and manufacturing. Recent transactions include the sale of Nicola Jane to Milbank Group, Outco’s (formerly Gritit) acquisition of NMC and the sale of Giles Travel to Gray Dawes.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Dylan worked at James Cooper Kreston, a specialist SME advisor, where he was involved in sell-side mandates, fundraises and financial modeling. He completed transactions in a range of sectors, including travel, healthcare, consumer & retail, manufacturing and technology. In addition, Dylan has worked in an outsourced accounting service role at leading accountancy firm Grant Thornton as well as regional practices, where he trained as a chartered certified accountant.
