Associate

Lloyd is an associate in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side, buy-side and debt raising mandates across numerous sectors, but has typically focused on technology and financial services. Recent notable M&A transactions he has advised on include the sale of Tabula Investment Management to Janus Henderson Group plc and the significant investment by Söderberg & Partners in Fidelius.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Lloyd worked for Gambit Corporate Finance for two years. He graduated from Swansea University in 2021 with a BSc in Accounting & Finance and completed his certificate from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) in 2023.
