Frederik van der Schoot

Managing Partner

Frederik is the managing partner of Oaklins Netherlands. He also leads the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) team. Frederik has broad experience in sell-side, buy-side, merger, capital raising and advisory assignments, with a specific focus on large corporate and TMT situations. Notable transactions he has advised on include the sale of itemedical to Halma, the sale of HSO to Bain Capital, the sale of OGD to Building Beyond Technology Group, the sale of CarWise and AutoDisk to Main Capital, the acquisition of Interoperability Group by RAM Infotechnology and the sale of RVC Medical IT to Nexus.

Frederik has a master’s in business economics, with a specialization in corporate finance & investments, from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Furthermore, he participated in the Building on Talent Program at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
