Surface Transforms Plc has completed a fundraising. The funds will support the company’s working capital needs and expand its manufacturing capacity, further strengthening its position in the market.

Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) is a highly innovative manufacturer of next generation carbon-ceramic brake discs for automotive and aircraft applications. The company has its own patented materials technology and a team of PhD scientists and degreed engineers who are continually developing new processes for the production of carbon-ceramic materials and new products for various applications.

Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, has closed a significantly oversubscribed US$12 million placing, subscription and open offer for Surface Transforms Plc.
