Rémi Bleines

Analyst

Rémi is an analyst at Oaklins France. He supports clients and senior advisors in the execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, contributing to industry research, financial analysis, valuation work and the preparation of transaction documentation. Rémi has been involved in several mid-market transactions, including advising the shareholders of Survision, a specialist in license plate recognition technologies, on its sale to Capital Export, and supporting Electro Optic Systems (EOS) on the acquisition of the UK interceptor business of MARSS, a provider of advanced counter-drone solutions, strengthening EOS’ capabilities in the fast-growing counter-UAS defense market.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Rémi gained experience through internships in corporate banking at Société Générale and in equity capital markets at SwissLife. He has an engineering degree from HEI Lille and a master’s degree in finance from ESSEC Business School.
