Associate

Liam is an associate in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side transactions, with a focus on technology. Recent notable M&A transactions he has advised on include the sale of Alchemy Technology Services to  NTT DATA.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Liam worked within the private M&A team at KPMG Dublin. He graduated with a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin in 2016 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2024.
