Axel is a partner at Oaklins France and co-heads its buy-and-build practice, which is fully dedicated to build-up strategies. With over 16 years of experience, he advises SMEs and mid-cap companies on their M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the execution of external growth strategies. In recent years, he has supported groups in their market consolidation efforts across various sectors, such as food and beverage, packaging and communications.

Previously, Axel was a partner at several small-cap M&A boutiques. He has a degree from ISG.
