Lee is a manager at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He works across a range of corporate finance areas, including disposals and acquisitions, exit advice, strategic planning and fundraising in a variety of sectors, such as manufacturing and healthcare. Notable transactions include business plan and acquisition advice for a large independent dentist that was acquiring a number of practices from a national group and disposal advice for several large SME manufacturing businesses across the North of England.

Prior to joining the firm, Lee worked in the specialist healthcare team of a northeast accountancy firm in the UK, working with doctors, GP practice managers and dentists. He had also been involved in corporate finance and audit at a large UK accountancy firm, also in the northeast.
