Ikki is a director at Oaklins Maxus Corporate Advisory in Japan. Responsible for cross-border transactions, he focuses on providing M&A advisory services on both the sell-side and the buy-side, as well as transaction support, including valuations, financial advice and tax due diligence, for mainly Japanese clients. Notable transactions he has been involved in include advising a listed Japanese apparel conglomerate on a share exchange with its listed subsidiary, supporting a major Japanese corporation in valuing and conducting due diligence for its investment into a domestic startup and assisting a Japanese and Taiwanese partnership in the establishment of a joint venture in India.

Ikki joined Oaklins Maxus Corporate Advisory having deep expertise in finance and international business. He is a qualified Japanese certified public accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University.
