Lauren Hayes

Director

Lauren is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She is in the technology M&A team, where she specializes in advising businesses across the media, marketing, data and insights sectors.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Lauren spent seven years at SI Global, a boutique M&A advisory firm focused on the media and marketing industries. There, she advised a wide range of owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses, successfully completing numerous cross-border transactions. Lauren has a BSc in Accounting & Finance from Durham University and is a qualified chartered accountant with the ICAEW.
