Taejun Hwang

Manager

Taejun is a manager at Oaklins KR&Partners in Korea. He supports clients and senior M&A advisors in various aspects of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, including industry analysis, financial modeling, the preparation of valuation materials and the development of marketing documents. He also takes part in pitch meetings, client discussions and negotiation processes. Notable transactions he has been involved in include advising Skylake Equity Partners on the sale of NexFlex to MBK Partners, as well as the sale of cosmetics company Ancors to Well to Sea Investment.

Taejun has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Korea University.
