Senior Advisor

Philippe is a senior advisor at Oaklins France and leads its food & beverage team. With over 30 years of experience in financial advisory, he has completed nearly 120 transactions. Notable deals he has advised on include the acquisitions of Spanish salted biscuits player Ibersnacks by Europe Snacks (Apax) and the sweet biscuits producer Arluy (Rioja) by Biscuit International (Qualium, then Platinum). More recently, he advised on three consecutive transactions for the same French family office, including the acquisition of The Vintage in Singapore, to build the distributor of iconic wines 360 Wine from the ground up.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2013, Philippe was a partner at Transcapital, an M&A boutique fully dedicated to the food & beverage sector. Before that, he spent most of his career at BNP Paribas Group, first at Banexi and, following the merger between BNP and Paribas, as managing director in the consumer goods team at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance.
