Dr. Daniel Spring

Partner

Daniel is a partner and the head of valuations at Oaklins Switzerland. He has worked for both listed companies and SMEs on various M&A and valuation projects. With extensive experience in valuations, financial modeling, purchase price allocation and M&A, notable clients he has advised include Straumann, Landis+Gyr, MSC Cruises, Breitling, Bühler, Goldbach Group, Sonova, Calida, SNB, olo marzipan, Westiform, Espisa and Global IT.

Daniel joined Oaklins Switzerland in 2014. He is a CFA charterholder and has a master’s degree and a PhD in Business Administration. During his PhD, he had appointments as a teaching and research assistant at the universities of Basel and Bern, respectively. Prior to that, he worked as an auditor for Deloitte.
