Scopus-Omnibadges has been acquired by Argos Expansion

Japan-based Amano Corporation has sold its subsidiary Scopus-Omnibadges to Argos Expansion as a lead investor, followed by X-Ange Private Equity, a private equity fund backed by La Poste group and an external manager. Total price of this transaction was US$9 million.

Scopus-Omnibadges, a subsidiary of Amano Corporation, is a service-oriented provider of global solutions. It is the leading French player of card personalization for small and medium-sized batches.

Amano Corporation is principally involved in the time information and environmental-related system businesses.

Oaklins' team in France advised the seller in this transaction, organizing a competitive bidding process involving both trade and financial buyers.
