BPI France and CM-CIC Investissement have sold their stake in people&baby to Indigo Capital France. The transaction has been structured as a mezzanine debt line. The company is now fully owned by its founders. Financial details have not been disclosed.
people&baby is a French leading childcare group with 150 nurseries around the country.
IIndigo Capital France is an independent investment management firm specializing in the provision of mezzanine and junior capital to mid-market businesses. Since 1996, the firm has arranged close to one hundred mezzanine or capital reorganization transactions alongside the leading French and European private equity funds, management teams and corporations.
BPI France is the French public fund. CM-CIC Capital Finance is a French leading private equity fund.
