BERTEIL has been acquired by V. Houette and RIVES CROISSANCE

The private shareholders of BERTEIL have sold the company to private investor Vianney Houette and the private equity fund RIVES CROISSANCE (Banque Populaire) for an undisclosed consideration.

Established in 1840, BERTEIL specializes in manufacturing hats. The company also sells ready-to-wear clothing and has two stores located in Paris. This transaction will allow BERTEIL to increase significantly its revenue up to x4 by 2021 both in France and abroad.
