The private shareholders of Metaware have sold the company to Gfi Informatique for an undisclosed consideration.

Metaware provides complete modernization solutions – Refine® technology and project delivery services – in the mainframe migrations, language and database migrations, and code agilization areas. The company's Refine® transformation technology is unmatched in the legacy modernization market.
Gfi Informatique is a France-based company specializing in information technology and communication aimed at serving large corporations in the public sector. The company has four main business activities: consulting, integration, outsourcing and software.
