Groupe Siparex has sold Siriona S.A. to Auriga Partners/CM-CIC Capital
March 2011 — Groupe Siparex, an investment firm based in Lyon, France, has sold its minority stake in Siriona S.A. to Auriga Partners and CM-CIC Capital for US$4 million.
Founded in 20012 and based in Paris, France, Siriona S.A. provides accommodation software solutions for hotels, hotel chains, and residences. It offers the Availpro booking engine, the Smart Channel Manager for distribution of inventory to selected online channels and PMS Integration, which simplifies the daily sales and administrative management of hotels.
Founded in 1998 and based in Paris, France, Auriga Partners is a venture capital firm specializing in startups and early stage companies. The firm prefers to invest in the information technology, telecommunications, industrial technology, electronic biotechnology/medical, energy, chemical/new materials, industrial automation, and life sciences sectors. Auriga Partners primarily invests in the European Union, with a minor focus on North America, France, and Israel.
CM-CIC Capital Privé SA is an investment firm specializing in funds and direct investments. For direct investments, the firm specializes in startup venture, growth capital and buyout transactions including LBO, MBO and OBO. The firm seeks to invest in small and medium sized companies in all sectors but focuses its investments in manufacturing, internet services, information technology, life sciences, health, industrial services, retail and distribution.
Groupe Siparex is an investment firm specializing in venture capital, startups, post-startups, growth capital, successions, leverage buy-outs and buy-ins in middle and emerging markets and regional investments. Groupe Siparex is interested in businesses engaged in all sectors, with a special focus on France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Belgium. The firm also prefers to invest in companies in the information technologies and life sciences sectors based in France and Northern Europe, aiming to exit from its investments over a three to seven-year-time horizon.
