Protegys SA has been acquired by Diagonal Capital
The private shareholders of Protegys SA have sold a 70% stake in the company to Diagonal Capital, a French private equity firm. The financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1998 and based in Paris, France, Protegys SA provides property and casualty insurance products.
