SIT S.p.A. ha acquisito Janz CGF S.A.
SIT S.p.A. ha completato l'acquisizione del 100% di Janz-Contagem e Gestão de Fluídos S.A. (Janz), consolidata realtà portoghese specializzata nella produzione di contatori d'acqua per abitazioni. Il prezzo, al netto delle disponibilità liquide e del debito, ammonta a 28,4 milioni di € (34,3 US$). È inoltre previsto un earn-out fino a 822mila € (1 milione di US$) sulla base del raggiungimento di determinati obiettivi nel 2021.
SIT è una multinazionale quotata alla Borsa Italiana che, attraverso le sue divisioni Heating e Smart Gas Metering, crea soluzioni intelligenti per il controllo delle condizioni ambientali e la misurazione dei consumi.
Janz è un consolidato produttore e distributore europeo di contatori d'acqua volumetrici per abitazioni. Sviluppa una vasta gamma di contatori meccanici ed eccelle in particolare nella tecnologia metrologica volumetrica, utilizzata non solo nei propri contatori, ma anche in quelli forniti ai principali operatori del settore.
