Oaklins Merasco is pleased to announce that Samuli Siljamäki has joined the team as a Partner. Previously Samuli has been the CFO of the sector leading Nordic companies iLOQ and Siili Solutions. Samuli is strengthening our team’s tech sector expertise and bringing with him valuable insight from fast growing acquisitive companies.

Mikael Planting is stepping down as a Partner at Oaklins Merasco and moving to a Senior Advisor role. Mikael was one of the founding partners of the firm in 1997. We are grateful for his wisdom, passion and guidance over these past years and happy to continue working with him in his new capacity.
