Stephen R. Perry is the managing director and co-founder of Janes Capital Partners, Oaklins’ member firm in Irvine, USA.  He has 25+ years of investment banking experience and has completed over 60 Aerospace & Defense M&A transactions. Notable deals include the sale of Frontier Systems to the Boeing Company, Scaled Composites to Northrop Grumman, Advatech Pacific CDS to General Dynamics, Composite Engineering to Kratos, GE (Santa Ana division) to Admiralty Partners, and Honeywell (lubrication pump division) to TransDigm.  Steve serves as the co-leader of Oaklins’ global Aerospace & Defense practice and has completed numerous cross border transactions.

Scott M. Weiner is responsible for leading Lockheed Martin’s M&A and integration activities, as well as divestitures, joint and strategic ventures, and technology commercialization. He has over 30 years of A&D M&A, finance, corporate development and engineering experience, and has served as head of Corporate Development for several public companies. He has led over 25 transactions valued at over US$140 billion.

 

Paul Vallone has over 30 years of M&A and corporate finance experience, and has implemented numerous transaction strategies. Paul joined Parker Hannifin in 2015 and leads its global acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, integration and strategic planning activities. He works with all operating groups, divisions and corporate functions to establish business unit strategies and propose and lead acquisitions and strategic alliances to support Parker's inorganic growth.

John C. Watts has held his current position at Curtiss-Wright since 2022, and is also a member of the company’s Executive Team and responsible for its government relations. He previously served as vice president of Strategy and Communications, and director and vice president of Business Development. He has led over 20 acquisitions for the company during his tenure.

Shyam Ravindran co-founded Arcline in 2018. Based in Nashville, TN, Arcline is a growth-oriented private equity firm with US$14 billion in cumulative capital commitments. Its goal is to invest in technology-driven industrial business that are meaningful to the world and can enable a better future.

Noah Blitzer joined Greenbriar, a sector-focused private equity firm, in 2011 and is responsible for investing in A&D. He has been deeply involved in all aspects of the process, from origination to portfolio management. He serves on various boards, including those of Applied Aerospace, Alliance Ground International and West Star Aviation. Prior portfolio involvement includes Arotech Corporation, STS Aviation Group and Whitcraft Group.
