ServeTek has acquired Finelec Oy, establishing its presence in Finland

The newly created Nordic platform ServeTek has aquired Finelec Oy, a well-established Finnish company specializing in laundry equipment, household appliances, and space reservation systems. The transaction marks ServeTek’s entry into the Finnish market and represents an important step in the group’s strategy to expand its presence across the Nordic region. With Finelec joining ServeTek, the group gains a trusted local partner with deep industry expertise and a strong customer base, paving the way for further growth and collaboration opportunities.
