Navitec Systems, a global leader in AGV & AMR navigation and fleet control software, has been acquired by the Norway-based software group Hawk Infinity. The transaction marks an important milestone for Navitec Systems, a pioneering automation software innovator founded in the late 1990s. The deal brings together two complementary companies, Navitec Systems, known for its advanced navigation and fleet control technologies, and Hawk Infinity, a long-term growth partner for founder-led software businesses.
